As Customer Success Specialist, you will lead new Concierge Plus onboarding initiatives for corporate clients and champion Concierge Plus client relationships through ongoing support and training for users. Ideally, you are tech savvy and analytical but you are also empathetic, and organized. You have a good sense of humour (we’re a fun bunch). You understand that treating customers right is the best way to form a long and lasting relationship with an organization and product. You love helping people and you are true team player. Coupled with your technical background, you are the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the needs of a growing company.
