As Customer Success Specialist, you will lead new Concierge Plus onboarding initiatives for corporate clients and champion Concierge Plus client relationships through ongoing support and training for users. Ideally, you are tech savvy and analytical but you are also empathetic, and organized. You have a good sense of humour (we’re a fun bunch). You understand that treating customers right is the best way to form a long and lasting relationship with an organization and product.  You love helping people and you are true team player. Coupled with your technical background, you are the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the needs of a growing company. 

Key Highlights

  • Oversees new client set-up for CP from start to finish
  • Oversees configuration of new client CP implementations
  • Provides web-based and onsite training for users of our application
  • Provides post-launch, ongoing training and technical support to existing clients to foster product adoption, satisfaction and training on new features
  • Works with team to create and enhance client training processes and support materials and videos
  • Establishes excellent client rapport and always focused on customer-centric communication with an ability to effectively deal with a variety of client situations: handle challenging situations, consult internal resources or clients as appropriate.
  • Acts quickly on tasks brought on by the client, prioritizing and understanding that there is a sense of urgency with tasks
  • Actively develops and increases working knowledge of the product, applications and business logic
  • Liaise with developers, project managers and business analyst

Qualifications and Experience

  • College diploma or University degree with an I.T. or I.T. related focus, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a Customer Support, Client Services, Account Management role would be preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Excel 
  • Familiarity with remote desktop support and online presentation software 
  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e: supporting SaaS products)
  • Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, motivated and client-centric
  • Must be a clear communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with Project Management is an asset
  • This roles may include some travel in the GTA and to the United States
